- Visitors or unregistered guests are not allowed in the resident area.
- Pop Hostel reserves the rights to terminate any stay and demands a certain guest to leave the property in case of violating any regulation of the hostel, committing any illegal action of causing any nuisance to other guests.
- Pop Hostel reserves the right to charge for any damage caused by guest against any of the property, according to the appropriate circumstances.
- For common safety smokings, using fire and / or gas in the building are strictly prohibited.
- For privacy and peaceful stay of all guests, please be advised that the tourists who seek for sexual activities are not welcomed.

| No Show & Cancellation & Amendment |
- No charge for cancellation in written by e-mail or fax at least 7 days before arrival date.
- 1 night charge for no show or less than 7 days cancellation.
- Late of arriving 3 hours from your appointment time or more without notice will be counted as "NO SHOW". All deposits are non-refundable.
- Full charge of booking for cancellation during high season (Nov, Dec, Jan)

- Full prepayment is requested when checking in.
- We accept credit card Visa, Master, also foreign currency, traveller's cheques.
- Money trasfer through our Thai bank account such as Siam Commercial Bank or Kasikorn Bank
