- All rates are net, room only, per person or per room as stated and are subject to change without prior notice. We also provide linen, towel, soap, shampoo.
- We offer best deals for groups.
- Shared bathroom with hot & cool shower
- Check in time is 14:00 (2:00 p.m.)
- Check out time is 12:00 noon.
- Late check out is subject to availability.
- Rooms used from 12:00 noon to 5 p.m. will be charged at 50% of the contract rate.
- Rooms occupied beyond 5 p.m. will be charged at the full contract rate.
- Early check - out, unused room nights are not refundable, unless notice is given to us at least 3 days prior to arrival.
- Office service hours : 07:00 - 23:00
- A kid under 3 years if shared bed with parents is free of charge.
- Extra bed/Baby cot are not available.
- Key deposit is 200 THB. We will refund your money when the key is returned at check out.
- Any loss or damage to the key will be charged at 200 THB.
